חֲמִי, חֲמָא, חֲמָה(Arab. ḥama tueri) (to surround, guard, v. חוֹמָה, to observe, see (in Y. dialect). Targ. Y. Gen. 1:4 (O. חזא); a. v. fr.Targ.
